I gave up on books when 'To Kill A Mockingbird' gave me no useful advice on how to kill a mockingbird.

I am afraid of dying in a painful or horrid way. I don't want to be trapped in a burning house, drown, etc. I'm not afraid of dying, I just don't want it to be painful. I think that is probably strange.

Wo ist das kamerahhhhhhhhhhh!!!

I have internal fear of hights. Anything over 20 ft and my nerves start firing.

Spiders, any large insects...like big roaches

On Maury Povich last week they had a show called, "My fear of pickles and mustard is ruining my life." Pretty darn funny, I must say..;-)

Very odd site, worryingly somebody has a phobia of being drowned by peacocks:

"I am insulted that you didn't believe the poor guy who is scared of being drowned by Peacocks i also have this phobia and are afraid to go near one of those hell creatures. When i was five my cousin told me that they only looked pretty to lure me into a false sence of security and then they'd jump on you and drag you into the water and drown you!

Also im scared of fat people in bathtubs or any body of water because if they're fat enough they will overflow the body of water and drown the whole world."

That last bit about drowning the whole world - I found that particularly worrying.

When I was little (somewhere around 1984) I was shit scared of an anti-drug PSA showing a normal guy slowly deforming and turning into some sort of monster. The fact that you heard strong heartbeats made the ad far creepier.

I had nightmares about it for a long time. I remember the first time I saw it I ran to my mom crying because it literally scared the living shit out of me.

LOL :-)

Strange, I know....but what can I say?? Been terrified of them as long as I can remember. I kept it a secret my entire life until one day at work, a midget got on the elevator that I was on and I started hyperventilating and ultimately fainted. Then, of course, I told my coworkers my problem because they were trying to convince me to get checked out by the ER doc. Of course they told everybody so its no longer a secret. Honest truth.
