1. It's been done a hundred times before.
2. Where's the fun in reminding ourselves what we're NOT getting for the next five years???

This thread is now about cheese. All different types of cheeses.

My favorite is mozzarella. Discuss.

There are so many types of cheese I like.

A short list would be:

- grana padano
- parmigiano reggiano
- mozzarella (especially bufala's moz)
- gorgonzola
- quartirolo modified into taleggio

and many more.

I feel a bit hungry now...

Venezuelan Beaver Cheese.

Everything else pales into insignifance.

- Wensleydale?

- Yes?

- Ah, well, I'll have some of that.

- Oh, I thought you were talking to me, sir. Mr Wensleydale, that's my name.

- I thought to myself, 'a little fermented curd will do the trick'. So I curtailed my Walpoling activites, sallied forth, and infiltrated your place of purveyance to negotiate the vending of some cheesy comestibles.

- Come again?

- I want to buy some cheese.

"Not my lucky day is it? Bellpaisy?"

"You do? EXCELLENT."
"Yes sir. It's ah...it's a bit runny."
"Oh, I like it runny."
"Well it's very runny actually."
"No matter. Fetch hither the fromage de la belle France!"
"I think it's a bit runnier than you like it, sir."
"I don't care how fucking runny it is. Hand it over with all speed."
"Ohhhhhhh!"
"What now?"
"The cat's eaten it."
"Has he?"
"She, sir."

I prefer a good hickory smoked cheddar when listening to NATO or earlier.

If I'm going 80's, then of course Brie.

Anything post Freddie has to be taken with a Hot Pepper cheese, say American.
