I read about this somewhere, that there is a mix of the show with just the bass, drums and vocals - is that true???

Yeah I ripped it from the DTS track of the DVD. I share it on the hub.

I'd love to hear that. So what do you hear to during 39, say it's not true and love of my life? just the voice? and what about the guitar solo track?
The mics from drums must get some guitar sound maybe as well as audience noise, right?

The Guitar Solo is basically the solo without overdubs/echo. '39 etc are mostly vocals with the guitar buried down in the mix. The most interesting are heavy tracks like Wishing Well, TYMD, IWIA etc.
