Delphi, a bankrupt supplier to the US automakers pays over 10 % of their workers not to work ... at a cost of over $400 million per year.
Why? It another outragious ill-gotten perk of the autoworkers union ... which has no intensions of giving up this perk - even it kills Delphi.

GM pays out over $900 per vehicle sold to support it's retired workers.....
Toyota pays out $110......
