With thanks to a very patient man called Colin, who sent me his antique cassette way back (almost before it was an antique), here is the 1983 BBC interview with Brian broadcast as the final part of the "Guitar Greats" series.

Presented by Alexis Korner, this was originally broadcast on April 3 1983.

Downloaders have a choice of torrenting the FLAC (140Mb), or going for the mp3 file (40Mb, 96kps)courtesy of megaupload.com.

Finally may I say that it's time we saw some more lossless material on here - it doesn't have to be the rarest material ever, but let's get back to at least improving on the top 100 bootlegs...

You will need a bittorrent client to download the music. For additional information, view the Bittorrent FAQ.

Please leave your window open when you have finished downloading so that other Queen fans can download.

This file will be customized for you when you download

No problem, it's nice to be able to contribute. Somewhere I've got the radio programme that was broadcast by Radio 1 just after Freddie died, hosted by Mike Reid. Would that be of any interest if i can dig it out, or have you had enough of me ?

Speaking personally, I'm not bothered. It was just a DJ sounding sombre & playing some Queen records.

Anyone else?

Its a hell of a lot easier downloading it through Megaupload. My download was done in about 20 minutes! I can't use torrents, otherwise i'd help you out!
