I just got thinking about Brians two solo albums.
Back To The Light and Another World. Not saying i dislike Back To The Light i love it. I have them both and listen to them alot but i guess if i had to pick which one i liked more then it would be Another World. I guess it's because it seems more rocky more my kinda thing, it's hard to explain but yeah i like that one better.

Those who have heard it or have it, what one is your favourite between the two? Take your pick and say why it's your favourite! Cheers.

AW was a HUGE disappointment to me. Much of the material had already been heard before (Business and On My Way up as TV show theme tunes, All The Way From Memphis on the Mott tribute album, One Rainy Wish on the Hendrix tribute album, Cyborg on Rise Of The Robots etc......) - the resy was filler and ballads. Add to that the rubbish covers of poor songs as B-sides etc.

BTTL was a great document of Brian in torment. AW was merely an exercise in finiding a reason to tour again.

If ONLY Brian would go into the studio and work on material like Bluesbreaker, Sleeping On The Sidewalk and a few heavy, numbers. The WHOLE thing rock guitar oriented (which is undeniably his strength) with a better drummer and bass player, he could forge a really interesting solo career for himself, rather than just relying on live shows that contain Queen songs.....
