Not entirely - you need either a multitrack source or some seriously hardcore av software and knowledge to do that. Goldwave has a karaoke or 'vocal masking' function which lowers the level or frequencies which vocals usually sit at, but it definitely doesn't remove them, and it usually makes stuff just sound a bit weird!
