Last year I went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame museum, and they had a few Queen items. But they own more than they can display at any one time. I wondered what other people have seen there, compared to what was there last year. I saw:

- Bass drum (with robot head) from NOTW tour
- Freddie's white tights with black lightning from Works Tour (see them on Live in Rio)
- Freddie's black vinyl trousers, suspenders, and diaphanous rainbow vest from 1978-1979 (see them on the 1979 trading card set)
- one of John's basses
- a replica of the Red Special, which Brian played at some event

Someone recently posted that they saw the red and green harlequin suit. Anyone seen any other Queen items at the Rock Hall? Any Magic Tour stuff?

That is what is there. The BM Guitar is the Guild model from like 1993 or 1994.

Hell, even Justin Hawkins has a catsuit on display.

Having Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears outfits on display kind of cheapens the whole place.

I went in 1996, and I went yesterday.

Yesterday was a waste of $20.00, because we had a Buy 1 get 1 coupon.

If I had spent $40, I would have demanded a refund.

Don't waste your time, folks.

Sorry you had a lousy time. I had a very good time, and I'd go back, even if you're right that I've already seen all their Queen holdings. You have to expect this museum to represent all angles of rock music, both those you love and those you hate. I thought their special exhibits were great, and those do change.
