John was very into the R&B sound of the 60s. I know he really likes Stevie Wonder, The Police, and Bob Marley.

They mention too many sources of influence to list but I know some of the really big ones were:

Freddie: Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, The Who, Aretha Franklin, etc.

Brian: Jeff Beck, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, AC/DC, etc.

Roger: The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, etc.(not sure of his favorites.

John: The only specific I have heard about his tastes is that he was a huge fan of The Police.
