There were so many people around the sales' booth, I didn't even see one. How much were they?

Yes, it was a worthwhile experience.

Tour books in Toronto were $25 CAD...at Air Canada Centre, there was a kiosk as you entered the doors!

Can anyone tell me - are all the 2006 tourbooks printed in Canada ? It makes no difference either way, but was just curious.

The books are beautiful and well worth $20. Now, a t-shirt for $40(?)....I passed on that one.

Mine is printed in Canada, too (I bought it at the Atlanta show). I love the iridescent-mirror logo on the front---really nicely done. :)
