I wondered yesterday of who made the decision to release the single TSMGO at that certian point.. As i can recall, it was in the hitlist (at least in the Netherlands) when Freddie died.

Was is supposed to be so????

Was it maybe Freddie who said: Now it is the time to rellease it! Or were there more commercial thoughts behind it....

I'm really not sure, but I read this somewhere, that Freddie thought the press would hound him specifically about that song even though he wasn't the head writer of it... and even when people did hear it, the press considered it prophetic.

I more wondered yesterday of who made the decision to put Keep Yourself Alive on B-side of this single! First and last Queen's songs... Keep yourself alive... Ahem...

I assume the band made the decision, but as I recall it was released as a single in October '91 to promote the release of Greatest Hits 2. It later got paired with BoRap as a double A side in the states. April '92 I think.

Probably Brian or Freddie. It was a great idea.

I don't think Freddie was thinking about that at that point of his decease. He was more death than alive..
