Hi folks. I've decided since I've been here for almost a year now, I will give you a gift. First of all, I am going to share one thing each day for one week until the end when I'll share something special.

SMITTY GIFT #1: A Concert In 1977/(as of 4-14-06, The Houston/Earl's Court 1977 compilation video)

A little something I put together for y'all in my spare time a while ago. It's from two VERY well known concerts that you will know once you read the text at the beginning. It can get a little sketchy but who cares?

A CONCERT IN 1977: Compiled between two famous concerts.

Setlist:

1. We Will Rock You (slow)
2. Overture
3. We Will Rock You (fast)
4. Brighton Rock
5. White Queen
6. Somebody To Love
7. Death On Two Legs
8. Killer Queen
9. Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy
10. I'm In Love With My Car
11. The Millionaire's Waltz
12. You're My Best Friend
13. Doing All Right
14. Love Of My Life
15. '39
16. You Take My Breath Away
17. White Man
18. The Prophet's Song
19. Now I'm Here
20. Stone Cold Crazy
21. Bohemian Rhapsody
22. Keep Yourself Alive
23. Liar
24. Tie Your Mother Down
25. We Will Rock You (slow)
26. We Are The Champions
27. Sheer Heart Attack
28. Jailhouse Rock
29. Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting
30. Stupid Cupid
31. Be Bop A Lula
32. Jailhouse Rock Reprise
33. God Save The Queen

Compiled with the NeroVision 4 movie maker AKA one of my best friends.

I have but two requests:

A. PLEASE give me your opinions on how I did. I'd really appreciate it and I may be able to make better movies in the future using the knowledge given to me.

B. DO NOT (!!!!) UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SELL THIS MATERIAL. IF YOU DO, I PROMISE I WILL MAKE YOU WISH YOU HADN'T!!!

YOUTUBE? Yes.
RAPIDSHARE? Sure.
THE HUB? Definitely.
eBAY? NO!!!!

Well, happy downloading! Say thank you!

You will need a bittorrent client to download the music. For additional information, view the Bittorrent FAQ.

Thanks Smitty. A bit red at the end though. Is that supposed to be a warning of some sort? (Other than the e-bay bit)

Nice idea but I'm not a big fan of mixing bootlegs like this. Normally ends up that someone will trade it as a full concert to some unknowing soul under the name of Houston 77 or Earls C 77, who then trades it again, etc... Then you have x-amount of a fake concert being traded around. Still each to their own.

Live Killers COULD be created. There is many footage out there which could be used. If the film has poor sound, a soundboard (or good audience) source could be dubbed. But this takes work and dedication...

Maybe Smitty is our man to do such thing ;-)

BTW, I could help with the stuff from my small collection if needed!
Why not create a project for Queen DVD productions with bootleg footage (or old broadcasts) ala Harvested (Pink Floyd) or Genesis Museum?

If this must be traded, then it should have the label of "Houston/Earls Court 77 compilation". Writing "unknown 1977" may imply that it is a new concert, and writing "Houston/EC 77" implies that it's the Houston and Earls Court concerts each in their entirety.
