In regards to the popular German music show Rockpalast, does anyone know if there are rumours of any of Queen's Deutschland shows being videotaped. Rockpalast videotaped far more shows than were broadcast, or are listed in their archives.

I always thought 'BeatClub' was THE German show to be seen on.

Unfortunately not...
They never recorded anything Queen-related.

Rockpalast operated similar to the cctv setups in the USA venues (Houston Summit, Landover Cap Center, etc). For the majority of the venue concerts, the video crew was taping the event. After the show, the venue or video production show would offer the band the tapes, or in the case of Rockpalast, negotiate a potential TV broadcast.

No one here has heard of any German show videotaped and turned down by the band or the band's management?

I have a Yes DVD and Men At Work DVD that play just fine here in America. The audio isn't that great, but it's a show!
