Only like this one song and in the video he has these papers which has all the words from the song. After each line is finished he drops it on the floor. It's black and white. Comes on VH1 sometimes. Sounds like he talking more then singing. Someone said that people like Eminem and other rappers looked up to him???? How they can say that i'm kind of confused. Wasn't he country/folk/soft rock???? I dont really know much about him, but from what I do hear on the music channels he's in those kind of catagoreses. But then again I could be wrong. Bob isn't really my kind of music....

He's so iconic that most people don't know who he is. If that's not iconic...I don't know what is.

I didn't say that most people lacked the general capacity to find out who he is, but the mere fact that they already don't know suggests that he is not an icon.

Bob Dylan is a very inspirational musician. He said his voice didn't sound pretty, and he didn't want it to sound pretty. Leave him alone, God...

That's what I was wondering. I'm personally not a fan of Dylan's, so I can't make as compelling an argument as he probably can. However, I do completely appreciate Bob Dylan's work.

Bob Dylan should have stuck to poetry.

The guy might write great lyrics, but he can't sing for crock shit, and the music is fuckin' awful.

It doesn't really matter how many hits he had.

pick these chords

strum along as you want

put some lyrics

then get a duck with cancer

and make him sing it

that's bob dylan

and that's maybe too complex for Dylan
