I was wondering if anyone could help me on this...

I have a CreativeLabs MuVo Slim MP3 player, and it won't turn on! Does anyone have any idea as to why and how I could maybe fix it? Oh, and I just charged it too.

OK, I may be able to help. I have a Creative Zen Xtra player and I had a similar problem with it last year. If it's the same thing, then bad news, I'm afraid. I had to download a new driver from their site, and that fixed it. It took ages and in the end my dad took care of it, so I don't know exactly what he did, but I could ask him if you think that'd help. Let me know.

This can't end well.
