OK friends, this topic is divided into three parts. First, the concerts that you have been to, second, the artists who you would like to see and thirdly the artists who you would like to see but probably/most likely/certainly won't get to see. Here are mine:

ARTISTS I HAVE SEEN:
Status Quo, Live at Newcastle City Hall, November 2005

ARTISTS I WOULD LIKE TO SEE
Uriah Heep
Deep Purple
ZZ Top
Aerosmith
Van Halen
AC/DC (do they still tour?)

ARTISTS I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SEEN BUT PROBABLY OR MOST LIKELY WON'T NOW
Queen (of course)
Led Zeppelin
The Who
Black Sabbath
Rainbow
Pink Floyd

Well, there you have it. Some of these bands may still tour. If so, I would love to hear from you.

I saw Black Sabbath and Judas Priest (I think it was) last summer, and am going to see Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with Trey Anastasio (Phish) on June 9th. I am SO psyched! :D

Sabbath were great, by the way.

I'd rather go to a Britney Spears concert than a Dave Matthews Band concert.

At least at the Britney Spears concert you can wear ear plugs and still get to check her out.

yea but DMB everyone around you is smoking weed so atleast youll get a buzz for free seeing as dave's GA tickets are free the day of the concert. Actually you dont even have to get just a buzz because the people pass it around, they passed it to me once and i was like ummm no im good thanks
i dont personally ever do that crap but other people seem to like it...
im just there for the music

oh and the crowd at the concerts are soo nice
theyre all so friendly and young and a lot of them really like the boston red sox which sucks but w/ee

I've only been to a single concert in my life! I'm such a noob! Oh my God, what to do??

Anyway, the only concert I've ever been to was when I saw the Florestan Trio (a piano trio, playing classical music, of course)... isn't that just pathetic?

Oh, yeah, I wish I could go back in time to see the Beatles, but I probably wouldn't hear anything because of the screaming fans...

Queen plus Paul Rodgers in Worcester and that's it. I'd love to go to some Alice Cooper ones, though.

Awe, I'm sorry to hear that. My parents aren't very fond of Alice either but they both like Bowie a lot.

My aunt used to love Alice Cooper so I think my best bet of catching one of his concerts is by going with her. ;-)
