Hello people!

Please take a look at this scam:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7629494700

Yes! Your eyes are watching a "life time gaurantee" (as it is written in the auction) Freddie Mercury Album signed by no-one else than Freddie Mercury in person!!!

What is really comic is that Freddie signed it from the other life since he has sadly died the year before this LP was released!

Be careful people! Don't trust these professional thieves!!

"The seller ended the auction early because of an error in the listing."

Someone must have reported it.

Good!

It's actually quite a good fake, it's just a shame about the sellers lack of intelligence.

I wrote him a private message saying:

<<Is this really be obtained in person? If yes, when did he signed it to you? You are a very lucky man!>>

He replied:

<<Hi, yes thanks, I have had several emails pointing this out. This was bought as part of a collection from Memorabilia show at NEC Birmingham 2004 I don’t know how I missed it, but after all I am only human. This is why we guarantee them for life just in case we do make a mistake. Thanks for you trouble to point this out. I have now removed the album and destroyed it. Regards Paul. The Ink Gallery.>>

The question is: why the f_u_c_k did he say his items are signed in person???

I've seen this before. There was a poster made after Freddie died on ebay with his "autograph" on it. I reported it, but it still sold for over a hundred dollars. There are more fake autographs on ebay than genuine. Ebay doesn't care as long as they get their cut of the sale.

I think this just shows how dedicated Freddie was, that he even signed autographs after his death.

I mean most people would have let that get in their way; not our Fred. Bless him.

The faker obviously knew Freddie's handwriting... but he didn't pay much attention to "Mercury", it looks bad.

About 2 years ago, I had to laugh. It was actually brought up in the forum similar to this.
