That's the official Hollywood Records "Greatest Hits" video version from 1992, made by DoRo. I always thought it was rather good actually. Shoulda been included on GVH1.

That's true actually. They only used the BBC version for the DVD... but back in 1992 Hollywood Records made a companion VHS video to their maroon-covered 'Greatest Hits' CD (they did one for 'Classic Queen' also) and the one in your link was on that VHS :)
