Hello Everybody, It's been a while since I've shared here. Ginger01 was kind enough to repost this concert video back in May. I finally had a chance to see this concert and I really thought Queen were in top form and Freddie's vocals were on, so I decided to rip the audio from the MPEG video, split the tracks and share this with you. I'm not sure how accurate the history is on this , but I believe it goes like this: VHS>DVD>MPEG movie>DVD files>WAV audio>FLAC Level 8(.fla). If you experience problems playing FLA files just change the file extension from FLA to FLAC.

first of all stop asking mp3, and learn to go lossless. Second, why is that SEVEN SEAS is 400 K only, and 5 seconds long? did you listen to it ALL before uploading? if you can upload SSOR fixed would be nice since the sound quality is good.

You people are never happy..always complaining about something. That`s also one of the reasons why there is so few new lossless recordings shared here. This time we have some sort of linage, and that is something more people should do when sharing something!

Well, the audio is OK considering the source. However, being this taken from a MPEG video file with an MPEG audio stream it could be hardly considered lossless. Its spectral response is similar to a 160 kbps mp3 file. Anyway, thanks for the good intention. |

I would have ripped the audio from that share. Besides, that's the purpose of providing the lineage, so you know what you are downloading. It's lossless from the point the audio was ripped from the MPEG video not from the original source unfortunately.

Sorry, no I didn't listen to the whole file, I skipped around. Unfortunately with the time I have these days I have to take shotcuts. I will redo the track and post it here. My bad!

i cannot open the files, when i try to add it to my FLAC decodor, it says it is not a FLAC file.. Please help Cheers

You have to change the extension from .fla to .flac here's how to do it: - open Windows' Start menu, select Run.... Type in "explorer" (without the quotes) - in the 'Tools' menu, select folder options - then click on View - Deselect the option "hide file extensions for known file types" When you right click each file just add a "C" after .fla
