Brighton Rock was number 12! Pink Floyd's, Comfortably number 1. Solo from BR is not BM's best for me Hard life or Save me are the best.

Nothing on Earth can match the live Brighton Rock solos, but of all the recorded solos of Brian May, my favorite of favorites would have to be 'I Want It All'.

http://www.planetrock.co.uk/Article.asp?id=262750 for the final results. Sorry BR was 11 not 12. Surprised at some results, no Highway to Hell or Boys are Back in town.

Comfortably Numb solos from PF's performance at Live 8 was the best that-man-could-do-with-the-guitar thing I've ever heard.

Oh my, oh my! Brian over Hendrix! Wonder if Brian knows this - jeez, he must be proud! =D And Harold must have been proud too. His little boy growing up, becoming a legend with the guitar they built =) The best of Brian's solos? Well, Brighton Rock is difinitely one of his absolute masterpieces, but I like Dead On Time about as much! Man, that solo ROCKS!
I'm going slightly mad

The live Brighton Rock solos always bored the hell out of me. Not to say they weren't good, just not my style. My favorite Brian solo will always be "Save Me," as in the studio recording. His guitar really wails, for real, and in all the guitar solos I have ever heard, I have NEVER heard ANYONE even come close to matching it in that respect.

I'm sorry, but "White Man" is one of the worst Queen songs ever made. Just my humble opinion.
