Any one know of a free program to convert MP3 to WAV? after my last computer died I transfered some MP3's to my computer via my MP3 player and want to make a CD, I dont like those trail versions, as I never know in the future if Im gonna convert again.

Will, I use the IMTOO, if you want it send me an e-mail and I'll give you the codes and the install archive :).

There's also the Razorlame which is an encoder/decoder of mp3 - wav files :)

I've been using EC's MPEG Suite for years. Quick and easy encoding, decoding, converting.

Goldwave (shareware) with some MP3 codec. Open MP3 file, edit it, save it as anything (WAV for example).

Or WinAmp :-) Transfers MP3's to WAV's very quickly.

or just burn it with i tunes it will burn pretty much anything with out converting

it doesn't take long at all

it's free


and it's not just a trial it works for as long as you need it too
