I always liked, "Walking down the street, shooting people that I meet with my Rubber Tommy watergun."
It always makes me laugh because I picture Freddie randomly going up to people and squirting them with a watergun.

My favorite is from 39:

Write your letters in the sand
Til the day I take your hand
In the land that our grandchildren knew

There's something I like about the way Brian got maximum mileage out of the "-and" in that particular lyric.

Oh and I should also mention that I love the lyrics to Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy. I think it's one of Freddie's better attempts at bringing that sort of music hall/vaudeville/cabaret style of song into the rock world (and I don't think anyone, not even The Beatles, did that sort of thing as well as Queen).

And there's this sort of teasing, sort of flirting quality to the lyric that I like, as well. It's almost like I feel like Freddie is flirting with ME when I listen to it.

Wow, I have so many favorites! My all time favorite lyrics are in "The Show Must Go On". It's my signature. ;-)

Also, I love this line from "Seaside Rendezvous"
"I feel like dancing in the rain... Can I have a volunteer... Just Keep right on dancing... What a Damn jolly good idea!!"

I love John Deacon and Brian May!!!

2My favorite words in a queen song.
All the lyrics to sail away sweet sister, teo torriate, You take my Breath Away, You and I, Seaside rondayvoo, These are the days of our lives, love of my life, and many more.
But I love the show must go on, where it says,
My soul is painted like the wings of butterflies, fairytales of yesterday, will grow and never die, I can fly my friends. It's so beautiful and it brings out immagry.

THE SHOW MUST GO ON...I would say that the lyrics in that song are responsible about 70 % for making me become more interested in Queen since it was the second Queen song I heard.

"i just cant get used to livin without, livin without, livin without you-by my side."
