Probably yes, seeing as he spent most of his time there when he was alive.

State Wise?

Probably Maine or Massachusetts.

Massachusetts plays Thank God It's Christmas and Hammer To Fall. <-- Both from the city BOSTON, on one of their rock stations.

Maine plays Keep Yourself Alive and A Kind Of Magic, from some radio station in Augusta!

(I guess he was talking abuot the FAT women/men here) and that he got lost here in Saginaw.. no kidding, I can't remember the magazine, I think it was Circus before they turned lame.

Washington DC was certainly good to them in March. I have never seen an audience there for any concert (including Page/Plant) go nuts like they did for QPR.

Queen is well respected in the entire USA in general. There are many fans all over. The problem that most Queen fans in the USA have is that after “The Game” CD most fans feel that Queen abandons their roots and simply became just another Euro-trash-pop-synthesizer band. Contrary to popular belief “disco” was never regarded as “good” here.
“Hot space” turn off a lot of fans here including me. Radio stations rarely if ever play anything from their later releases. Mainly the play the same 5 or 6 tunes over and over (i.e. Bo Rap, Rock you/Champions, Another one bites) that doesn’t help either. It didn’t help that Queen never tour here again after 1982. A lot of fans feel their later releases were weak by any standards. The best album the issued since “The Game” was “Innuendo” but that still contained a few clunkers on it (i.e. Delilah)

I don't think it's Philly, but I've heard a number of Queen songs on the stations around here. Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions, Another One Bites The Dust of course...but they also play Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Killer Queen, Somebody To Love, You're My Best Friend...and even more strangely Need Your Loving Tonight and I even heard Spread Your Wings once.

Believe it or not Houston, Texas is a Queen friendly city! Artemis Moon does a cover of Son and Daughter and we always get a good response from the crowd, and they know it's a Queen song. Although we haven't played it in a long time. We have five radio stations that play Queen all the time. Not bad for a Sothern city
