Well... I know these two bands had a tiff once about who is going to go on stage, as at one point there was one place left for a group to perfom and neither of them wanted ot give up there spot. I do know Brian got drunk one night with Joe Perry, they both drank so much but Brain said he didnt like it coz when he played on stage it didnt do him wonders..Any body got any other storys of these two bands and.. As Brian refferes to them as his old buddys.

I know joe perry is a fan of queen and brian, and I heard an interview with steven tyler at the rock n roll hall of fame describing a encounter with a young freddie, according to steven they toured together in the early seventies and freddie was a funny character. He asked freddie why he holds the mic stand the way he does?... it's kind of silly he told him. Freddie I believe said to him "It's my gimmick" or something like that. He had tyler cracking up.

Also thought i would add that on the NATO DVD Classic Albums, Joe Perry is on there,,,, so for him to be there is says something... If only they could team up... That would be un reall.

They were both inducted into the US Rock and Roll Hall of Fame the same year. If they really wanted to perform together, that would have been the perfect place to do it. Didn't Brian (in his Soapbox) say they talked about it, but couldn't get together to rehearse or something like that?
