Didn't read most of yer post because I'm in hurry, but :

Yeah, I think they understood the value of religion as mere storytelling as opposed to a way of life. You can tell some very interesting tales when you put a God-bent on it.

I read the whole book in the original language and I think that her standpoint is too fanatical - though there is a lot of interesting information about Christian or Zoroastrian symbolism which may interest the reader - independent from its connection with Queen songs.

I said the same once and they banned me from all Russian Queen forums, her book is TOO MUCH popular here.

It's about Freddie - how 'gay mafia' killed him (it's not a joke!), how religious he was, how many religious anthems he wrote, Saint Frederick Bulsara etc.

Yes, he's dead NOT BECAUSE of AIDS, because Freddie never was gay nor bisexual (gay mafia labeled him as gay)! And then gay mafia (Peter Freestone and Jim Hutton + Gordon Atkinson as fans of the book told me) killed Freddie, it was virus infection, cancer, but not AIDS.

And everything what Freddie sung, done, wore was full of hidden religious signs...

AIDS didn't kill Freddie Mercury. Chuck Norris accidentally thought 'kill Freddie Mercury' and it just happened.

"Serry, you met Peter Freestone and Jim Hutton + Gordon Atkinson?"

No

"Really? I regularly visited (when the book just was availible on the site) queen.peoples.ru and I remember that the bigger part of people was very suspicious of Ahundovas book. Has it changed since then?"

Yes. Book was released in Russia and since there are not many books about Freddie on Russian language, it became very popular. Book's title is "History of Freddie Mercury", over 450 pages.

Its me again...and I have a question.

I had heard at one time that The Prophet's Song contained lyrics that came directly from the Bible or something. Is this true? I'd look it up in the Bible, but I'm too lazy...thanks in advance.

Steve

You could take a look at Genesis chapters 6-9.

Yes. Be very afraid of the gay mafia. They'll send 5 of their thugs to your house; they'll redecorate your bedroom, groom you, tell you how to cook romantic meals, take you shopping for trendy clothes, and then they'll make you throw a party to test all that you have learned.
