Freddie didn't sing on any of the Smile recordings.

On the songs "Step on Me" and "Earth," is it Freddie or Tim singing? Or is it neither? At certain parts of the song it sounds like Freddie so now I want to know, thanks!

I'm sorry but this may be the dumbest question I ever heard in my life.

It's so bloody obvious that both tracks were sung by Paul Rodgers, Freddie's favourite singer.

John hated HS. Fred's fave singer was not PR. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' Witness testimonies are often inaccurate. Scotland's not in England. 'Bo Rhap' hasn't got 180 voices.

And ofcourse John sang backing vocals, since Brian and Roger never said that John didn't sing them

No it's not. If you listen to "Step on Me," the vocals could easily be mistaken as Freddie's...especially those opening lines. The rest of the song I'm unsure about, but it has Freddie's signature vocal effect-ish sound. This is not the stupidest question you've ever heard, because I've seen worse. Why even bother posting if you have absolutely no significance in your answer?

It's a matter of opinion I guess so I admit I was wrong. Tim sounds nothing like Freddie to me, but thats just me.

Freddie sounds like Tim just as much as the Red Special resembles an ukelele
