only #9?....THAT'S A PRETTY GOOD CHART POSITION I THINK. Why are queenzoners so silly?

Quality isn't always proportional to success. Otherwise Roger and Treana Morris would be swimming on platinum discs.


John hated HS. Fred's fave singer was not PR. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' Witness testimonies are often inaccurate. Scotland's not in England. 'Bo Rhap' hasn't got 180 voices.

It even performed better than the FBG / Bicycle Race single, which only hit #11 in the UK.

Yes but the point is still the same. Take another example then: if quality and success were proportional, then 'Queen II' would have largely outsold 'Greatest Hits' and 'A Kind Of Magic', which it didn't.

Absolutely...and the Sheer Heart Attack album would have outsold all others.
