I'd like to know who sang when they did it for Groucho Marx. Freddie, I suppose...

Actually there is one 39 sung by Brian but it's been shortened: watch Return of the Champions

Greg couldn't get a setlist straight if he had the complete video, audio, handwritten setlist, transcript and three separate analyses available, let alone if he'd have to research it. So there's no chance in hell you'd have read about it in his book if Brian sang the song once (or if he actually found out about it, he'd give you the wrong date), which he didn't (FACT).

I don't know if Brian sang it or not, most people are saying he hasn't but anyway, all the live videos of '39 I've seen on YouTube are of Freddie on vocals with that skimpy little diamond-chequered skimpy body-suit thingy of his...

That is totally unfair and insulting to his professional name. Greg Brooks spent many years researching that book; if it weren't for his hard work, his tenacity, his perseverance, I wouldn't have a fortuitously sized book to hold up the corner leg of my coffee table.

Shame on all of you.

My deepest apologies to you, good sir. And my sympathies for your crippled table. Perhaps it's time for a new one.

Come on guys, can't 'we' quit this crap once and for all?

As far as I know Greg has been a good boy on Queenzone the last few weeks so there's no need to act like little children here. It's so childish to keep attacking him about his book.

I thought most of us were grown ups here?

Nah... Queenzone has become the place where the kids in us can roam free. Let us have our fun!
