Last night Brian was put under 24-hour security because a mentally ill man (suffering from schizophrenia) set out to kill him. The police are still looking for the man.

Either that, or he's tired of the deception and the lies, and he's trying to work his way to the real target...

Wow...that's very scary, particularly with the "disturbing poetry." I hope he's alright!

I know we are all Queen Nuts on this web site, but some oddball people are "Queen Nutters." Remember "Barry George?" the guy who killed Jill Dando, thought he was Freddie's cousin. if not, here's a link, read from 11th paragraph down.

Agreed. Besides, the article was poorly written.

The article was posted on Brianmay.com, so it's maybe true. I do not find anything remotely funny in the situation if it's true. I can only hope that they find the person soon and Brian can relax. Imagine how scary it must be to be on the kill-list of a mentally disturbed person. The good news is that he has no violent history, so there is hope that nothing bad happens.

Never underestimate Brian May's legacy. Back in 1976, would anyone have thought Freddie would be so highly regarded and missed when he died?
