Last Saturday's Arkansas vs. Louisiana game's halftime show was a pleasant surprise for Queen fans.In Little Rock last Saturday (September 18), the Arkansas Razorback marking band put on a heck of a halftime show. As the band marched out onto the field, an announcer described a rock group that enveloped the pure excess of the 70's, with complex quitar chords and amazing sound, called Queen. He then explained that the night's first selection would be a medley of two popular Queen hits: Fat Bottomed Girls, and Bohemian Rhapsody. The song was played very well, and after, the Hogs' band played "Bicicle race" (where the marchers got into the formation of a bicycle, quite impressive), followed by a medley of the songs "Somebody to Love" and "We Are the Champions"(very beautiful). The croud, naturally, erupted into applause.

Incidentally, the Razorback football team played famously, beating Louisiana 49-20. Can you say, "Divine intervention?"
