A charity concert in Holland to benefit people in the Tsunami received this from the concert organisers:

Dear music lovers,

On Sunday January 16th a benefit festival will be held on initiative of the foundation “The Clash of the Cover bands”. The total benefit will be donated to the cooperating aid organisations (SHO) Giro 555 emergency aid action for Asia. More than 40 cover bands from the Netherlands have offered their free cooperation to this event, which is going to be held at dancing “De Olde Beth” in Wehl.

The first band will start at 12:00, followed by different styles of live music on four different stages . “Miracle” the Dutch Queen Cover band will close this event around 00:00. Around 01:30 the total revenue of this event will be announced.

- Fake No More: Faith No More Tribute from Doetinchem

- KITE: No.1 U2 Tribute band from Aalten

- SSIK: KISS Tribute from Amsterdam (see picture)

- Vamp Till Q: Pop, Rock cover band from Wehl

- Too Hot to Handle: R & B, Dance cover band from Amsterdam (see attachment)

- Haze: Pop, Rock cover band from Zelhem

- Somewhere on stage: Iron Maiden Tribute from Utrecht

- For Once In My Live: Steve Wonder Tribute from Gemert

- Once: Pearl Jam Tribute from Nijmegen

- X-pose: Pop, Rock cover band from Arnhem

- Miracle: the Dutch Queen Cover band from Zuid-Holland (closing act) (see attachment)

“De Olde Beth” opens at 11:00 and tickets are € 7,50

During the day there are lots of other activities to raise extra money.
