Added on 08-Feb-2004

Queen's hit single We Will Rock You has topped a poll of music fans to find the greatest rock anthem of all time. The 1977 song beat the band's renowned classic Bohemian Rhapsody into second place in the survey of 1,000 people carried out for the UCI cinema chain. The Darkness - the UK rock sensation of 2003 - came 19th with their single I Believe In A Thing Called Love.

Along with Nirvana and Tina Turner they were one of just three acts from the past 15 years to make the top 20.
