It will feature a line up of national and international performers, including artists such as The Feeling, Il Divo, McFly, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Katherine Jenkins and McFly. Throughout the show there will be films featuring some of the UK’s Olympic winners including, Sir Steve Redgrave, Dame Kelly Holmes and Jonathan Edwards, covering the areas of youth and legacy within the Games. The programme starts as soon as the Olympic flag has been handed over to London Mayor Boris Johnson in Beijing.
